What is not allowed
- Child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or sexualization of minors.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful conduct, or praise for violent extremist organizations.
- Instructions or offers for illegal goods, fraud, malware, or evasion of law enforcement.
- Impersonation, deceptive identity claims, manipulated engagement, or coordinated ranking abuse.
- Graphic violence presented to shock, or content encouraging self-harm.
- Unauthorized personal information, copyright infringement, or trademark misuse.
Context matters
Educational, documentary, journalistic, artistic, or counterspeech context may be considered. Labels, age gates, reduced visibility, or removal can be used depending on severity and risk.
Enforcement
Hypeory may reject submissions, remove media, pause profiles, reverse manipulated points, disable promotional purchases, or remove accounts. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent exclusion.
Reporting and appeals
Anyone can report content. We review available evidence and notify affected creators when appropriate. Verified creators may appeal with context or corrections. Emergency disclosures are handled only when legally required.
