The boards
One payment counts on every board that includes it. The boards differ only in the window of time they look at.
- The season is the main battle: a calendar month in UTC. It opens on the 1st at 00:00 UTC with nobody on it and closes at the end of the month, when it is archived exactly as it finished and never rewritten.
- All-time is every Hype Point a creator has ever been paid, across every season. It does not reset.
- Divisions are the same boards narrowed to one category. A creator sits in exactly one division at a time, and their division board and the overall board rank them by the same points.
A creator with no paid Hype Points is on no board at all. Verifying a channel does not put it on one — only a payment does.
How ranking works
One cent is one Hype Point. A $25 boost is 2,500 points, and a creator's position is the total of the points paid for them in that board's window. Nothing else moves a position: not follower counts, not how long they have been listed, not our opinion.
- Boosts are whole US dollars, from $5. There is no cap on a single payment beyond what one payment can carry; a daily limit per account is what bounds abuse, and checkout says so if you reach it.
- To pass the creator above you, you need at least one more point than they have — the board shows that exact amount on each row as "Boost to #N for $X", rounded up to the next whole dollar.
- Ties go to whoever got there first. Two creators on the same points are ordered by who reached that total earliest, so arriving later at the same number does not take the position.
- A creator is ranked as a creator, not as a channel. Every channel somebody has verified counts into one standing, one total, and one position.
- Anyone may boost anyone. Creators may boost their own channel, and a creator can turn boosts off for their profile entirely.
There is a daily limit on how much one account may spend, to keep a single card from taking a board in one sitting. Checkout says so if you reach it.
What can be listed
Twitch, YouTube and Kick channels are added by paying for them — a fan may list a creator who has never used Hypeory, and that creator may take control of the listing at any time by verifying it.
TikTok and Instagram work differently, and not by our choice. Neither platform will confirm who a handle belongs to unless that person signs in themselves, so nobody can be listed there without them. A fan can only send an invitation; the profile exists from the moment its owner answers it, and not before. Every TikTok and Instagram profile on this board is therefore one its owner put here.
Every category of creator is welcome here. Hypeory is a leaderboard, not a host: a listing holds a channel's name, handle, link and picture, and nothing a creator has made. Nothing illegal or restricted is stored on this site, and none of it can be.
We do not review what a creator publishes on their own platform. That is between them, their audience and the platform hosting it, and a place on this board says nothing about it either way. What the Content Policy forbids — impersonation, illegal material, anything involving minors, manipulated engagement — is what may not appear on Hypeory, and it applies to every listing whoever paid for it.
If you think a channel should not be shown here, report it — no account needed, and a person reads every one.
A channel whose creator has opted out cannot be listed again by anybody, including by the creator. That is permanent and deliberate.
If the channel is yours
Verifying costs nothing and buys nothing: it proves the channel is yours through the platform's own login and hands you the switches. From the studio you can pause the listing, refuse further boosts, ask to move division, or opt out for good. Every switch applies to all of your channels at once, because a creator is one standing.
Pausing hides the listing for the running month and keeps its points; resuming puts it back where it was. Opting out removes it and blocks it from being re-listed. Neither refunds whoever paid — see the Refunds Policy.
After you pay
The points post and the channel appears when the payment clears — usually within a minute or two, and always through the processor's confirmation rather than the browser coming back. Until then the boost is pending, and it shows as pending in your own list of boosts.
Every position on Hypeory is paid, and every board says so. A placement is not an endorsement by us, and buying one does not buy a relationship with the creator: a boost is a payment to Hypeory for placement, not a purchase from them.
Paying means you accept the Terms and the Refunds Policy. Boosts are generally final; the Refunds Policy sets out the exceptions.
Changes and questions
We may change how ranking works, what a boost costs, or which divisions exist. When a change matters we will say so before it takes effect where that is feasible, and the date at the top of this page will move. A payment already made is governed by the rules in force when it was made. Anything unclear goes to Hypeory support.
