What you purchase
A boost is a one-time purchase of promotional placement for a creator during the current monthly season. The amount you pay is shown on the board as Hype Points ($1 = 100). Hype Points are not money, stored value, credit, cryptocurrency, investments, donations, wagers, transferable property, or a promise of a specific ranking result. Hypeory holds no balance on your behalf: there is nothing to top up, withdraw, or carry forward.
When a boost is final
Promotional placement begins the moment your payment is verified, so boosts are generally final. We refund a boost when there was a duplicate charge, a technical failure on our side, an unauthorized purchase, or where applicable law gives you a right to one.
Removed or ineligible profiles
If Hypeory removes a profile before your boost has been shown on the board, we refund that boost in full. Policy enforcement after placement, integrity adjustments, division changes, season endings, and normal rank movement do not by themselves create a refund right.
How to request help
Email Hypeory support with the receipt email, purchase date, and charge reference. We typically respond within five business days. Please write to us before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate promptly.
Abuse and chargebacks
Fraud, repeated abusive disputes, or attempts to manipulate ranking can result in purchase suspension and reversal of the associated Hype Points. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
